Is it safe for my pet?

How big can my pet be?

I ordered the wrong size / color. Can I change it?
If it hasn't shipped yet, yes. Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll swap it.
How does the pocket work?
There's a horizontal zip across the front. unzip it, your cat climbs into the pouch, and her head pops out through the round opening below. Zip it back down and she's tucked in against you.

Can I return it after purchase?
